The Anzisha Prize is Africa’s premier award dedicated to identifying, supporting, and celebrating the continent’s youngest entrepreneurs, aged 15 to 22. Each year, the program provides more than USD $140,000 in business support and prize funding to exceptional young Africans who are running enterprises that create jobs and generate income within their communities.

Now in its 15th year, the Anzisha Prize 2026 is calling for applications from young business owners across the continent who are driving innovation, creating employment, and shaping Africa’s economic future.

If you are a young African entrepreneur managing a small but active business that supports you or others, this is your opportunity to gain recognition, investment, and hands-on business development support.

About the Anzisha Venture Building Fellowship

The Anzisha Venture Building Fellowship is a two-year, structured program designed to help young entrepreneurs strengthen and scale their ventures. Over the course of the fellowship, participants receive:

  • Personalised coaching and business development support

  • Access to essential tools, services, and networks

  • Monthly stipends to sustain their entrepreneurial journey

  • Continuous tracking of both business and personal growth

At the conclusion of the fellowship, participants become eligible for additional Grand Prizes worth $40,000, awarded in key categories:

  • Job Creation Prize

  • Revenue Growth Prize

  • Storytelling Prize

  • Integrating Systems and Processes Prize
