About the Concor Graduate Programme 2026

The two-year, full-time development programme begins in January 2026 and provides participants with on-the-job learning across multiple business areas. Graduates will work alongside experienced professionals on live projects, acquiring the technical and leadership skills needed to excel in the construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors.

Through rotational assignments, graduates will gain exposure to Concor’s diverse operations — from large-scale civil and structural engineering to mining, mechanical, and electrical projects.
