Deloitte South Africa is now accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Programme in IT, Data Analytics & Controls Assurance. As a global leader in Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory, and Tax services, Deloitte provides an exceptional platform for young South African graduates to kick-start their careers.
This two-year programme offers practical experience, mentorship, and global exposure across different assurance service areas, helping graduates build expertise and gain valuable professional skills.
Programme Overview
The Deloitte Graduate Programme offers a structured learning and work experience plan, allowing participants to explore key areas within Assurance Services. The programme is designed to develop technical and professional expertise in the following domains:
✅ Internal Audit
✅ IT Audit & Assurance
✅ Data & Analytics Audit and Assurance
✅ Controls Assurance
Throughout the programme, graduates will rotate across these areas before specializing in one field, working closely with Deloitte’s global network and industry experts.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in one of the following disciplines, with an academic average of 65% and above:
✔️ Internal Audit (Hons)
✔️ Accounting & Finance
✔️ Risk Management
✔️ Legal & Governance
✔️ BSc in Computer Science & Information Technology
✔️ BSc in Mathematics or Statistics
Advantageous Qualifications:
📌 Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
📌 Specialization in IT, Computer Science, Technology, Business Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Cloud, Coding, or Actuarial Sciences
