About the Scholarship
The Flusche & Fitzgerald Undergraduate Scholarship Contest 2025 invites students across the United States to combine creativity and advocacy to raise awareness about critical legal and safety issues.
This year’s challenge:
“What should motorists do when they see a law enforcement vehicle stopped on the side of the road?”
Applicants must create a public service announcement (PSA) video addressing this topic, aimed at educating their peers about safe and lawful driving behavior.
The winning submission will receive a $500 scholarship to support their higher education expenses.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:
✅ A U.S. citizen or lawful resident
✅ Either accepted to or currently enrolled in a U.S. college, university, graduate school, or trade school
Video Guidelines
Your PSA video must:

Be original, creative, and informative

Be directed toward your peers

Run no longer than two minutes

Be uploaded to YouTube with a link to the official contest page in the description

Be submitted through the official application form with proof of college acceptance or enrollment
Important: Video selfies or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
Submissions will be judged based on:

Creativity and originality

Persuasiveness of the message

Accuracy and clarity of information
How to Apply

Create an original PSA video (max. 2 minutes).

Upload your video to YouTube and include a link to the official scholarship page in the video description.

Complete the online application form and attach proof of college acceptance or enrollment.

Selection Process
