About the Russian State Scholarship Programme

Eligibility Criteria for Tanzanian Students
Applicants must meet the following academic and language requirements:

Undergraduate Studies: CSEE and ACSEE with at least Division II.

Diploma Holders: Minimum GPA of 3.5 in a related field.

Master’s Studies: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

PhD Studies: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Language Requirement: Applicants are encouraged to attend Russian language courses at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture (Dar es Salaam) before departure.
