The Centre on African Philanthropy and Social Investment (CAPSI) at Wits Business School has announced the launch of the 2025 Pan-African Youth Competition, a groundbreaking initiative that seeks to highlight the role of African youth in shaping narratives around dignified and fulfilling employment across the continent.

This competition is part of a wider project focused on job creation through the nonprofit sector, supported and funded by CAPSI’s development partners. It offers a unique opportunity for young Africans to creatively interpret and disseminate findings from a major cross-continental study conducted in 17 African countries, exploring how the nonprofit sector contributes to meaningful employment opportunities for youth.

Applicants are encouraged to combine creativity, innovation, and social insight to bring research findings to life in formats that engage audiences and inspire action.
