JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation—all from your home office. You will engage potential customers via phone, email, and social channels, setting the stage for our account executive team to close deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify potential customers within target accounts.

  • Lead Qualification: Engage leads to uncover pain points, assess fit, and determine interest; schedule qualified meetings or demos for account executives.

  • CRM Management: Accurately log all prospecting activities, lead interactions, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system in real-time.

  • Self-Management: Maintain daily activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings set) and achieve monthly quotas without direct on-site supervision.

  • Follow-Up: Persistently follow up with leads through multiple touchpoints while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, share insights, and improve targeting strategies.

  • Continuous Learning: Participate in virtual sales trainings, role-playing sessions, and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High-Speed Internet: Reliable, hardwired (or high-performance wireless) internet connection with a backup plan.

  • Dedicated Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free home office environment that complies with confidentiality and professional standards.

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, telemarketing, business development, or a customer-facing role.

  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), dialers (e.g., Five9), and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions clearly and handle objections professionally.

  • Self-Discipline: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a metrics-driven remote environment.

Preferred:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales.

  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or SalesLoft.

REQUIREMENTS

This is a fully remote position. Employees are responsible for providing a suitable home office setup, including:

  • A personal computer or laptop meeting company specifications (or company-provided equipment)

  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone

  • Backup internet plan or mobile hotspot to ensure connectivity during outages

Company may provide laptop, monitor, headset, and a stipend for home office setup.

SCHEDULE

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends to align with target markets. Shifts are assigned based on business needs and may include set schedules with occasional rotation.
