The 2026 Annual Graduate Recruitment Programme is open. Fresh graduates from Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania can apply. Deloitte is looking for young talent to join their Audit, Tax, and Africa Consulting Services teams.

What the Programme Offers

Deloitte is one of the largest professional services networks in the world. The East Africa practice has offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, and Ethiopia.

The graduate programme is designed to help fresh graduates transition from university into the workplace. Successful candidates will:

What You Will Do

As an Associate/Analyst in the programme, your responsibilities will include:

• Learning and applying Deloitte standards, procedures, and methodologies on assignments

• Ensuring assigned work is completed within agreed time frames and budgets

• Keeping up with technical developments in the profession and the country

• Developing productive working relationships with client staff

• Managing information security risk while executing client engagements

• Maintaining your own development and knowledge in specialized areas

Requirements

Education

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division or equivalent

• For Actuarial roles, a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with a minimum of Second Upper Division or equivalent

Graduation Year

• Graduated within the last three years: 2024, 2025, or 2026

• Candidates must have completed their studies by the application closing date (April 24, 2026)

• If your degree certificate has not yet been issued, attach a letter of completion from your institution

KCSE (Kenya applicants)

• Minimum overall grade of B

• At least a B in Mathematics and English or equivalent

Citizenship

• Must be a Kenyan citizen for Kenya positions

• For Uganda and Tanzania positions, applicants must be citizens of those respective countries

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

A qualification, or ongoing pursuit of qualification, in:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)

• IFoA (Institute and Faculty of Actuaries) or equivalent

Required Competencies

Deloitte accepts any discipline for Audit, Tax, and Consulting roles. Your degree does not have to be in a business field.

Is CPA or ACCA mandatory?

No. It is desired but not mandatory. However, candidates pursuing these qualifications have an advantage.

Can Ugandans or Tanzanians apply for Kenya positions?

No. You must apply for positions in your country of citizenship. Kenyans apply for Kenya roles. Ugandans for Uganda roles. Tanzanians for Tanzania roles.
