General Requirements and Qualifications

For Research and Policy Positions

  • A Master’s degree or PhD in Economics, Public Policy, Statistics, or a related social science discipline

  • Demonstrated experience in policy research and analysis

  • Strong publication record for senior and principal levels

  • Proficiency in statistical software such as STATA, SPSS, or R

For Corporate Services Positions

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field such as Finance, HR, Law, ICT, or Communications

  • Professional certifications where applicable such as CPA, CHRP, or CISSP

  • Relevant experience in a public sector or corporate environment

For Support Positions

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade of at least D+ for Office Assistants and C- for Drivers

  • Valid driving license for Driver positions with PSV or defensive driving certification
