Key Responsibilities

Lead Field and Agency Operations
The Face-to-Face & Telemarketing Officer serves as MSF’s on-site representative, builds relationships with agency managers and teams, conducts regular site visits for monitoring and coaching, and drives excellence through feedback and troubleshooting.
