Senior-Level Positions (8 Vacancies)

These roles require extensive experience, advanced qualifications, and proven leadership in policy research or corporate services. Available senior positions include Director of Research and Learning; Manager for Macroeconomics, Governance, Private Sector Development, Infrastructure and Economic Services, and Trade and Foreign Policy divisions; plus Senior Legal Officer and Senior Internal Auditor.

Middle-Level Positions (17 Vacancies)

These roles target professionals with several years of relevant experience and demonstrated technical competence. General Requirements and Qualifications

For research and policy positions, candidates need a Master’s degree or PhD in Economics, Public Policy, Statistics, or a related social science discipline; demonstrated experience in policy research and analysis; a strong publication record for senior and principal levels; and proficiency in statistical software such as STATA, SPSS, or R.

For corporate services positions, applicants require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, HR, Law, ICT, or Communications, plus professional certifications where applicable such as CPA, CHRP, or CISSP, along with relevant public sector or corporate experience.

For support positions, candidates need a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade of at least D+ for Office Assistants and C- for Drivers, a valid driving license for Driver positions with PSV or defensive driving certification, and at least two years of relevant experience.
