Citizenship Criteria
Selection is strictly based on citizenship. Each applicant may apply for only one country.
For International Applicants

Holders of dual citizenship (Italian and foreign) must apply through the foreign beneficiary country selection process and indicate their foreign citizenship in the application
For Italian Citizens Residing Abroad (IRE)
